The advertiser of the offer can specify what browsers or connection types an offer can be run on. For example, if an offer is for free gameplay for a game only available on the iPhone, the ad network may require that the user is on an iPhone in order to view the offer. Rules are set up as allow or deny rules.
- allow: Only users who meet these criteria can access the offer.
- deny: Users who meet these criteria cannot access the offer.
View the "Notes" column of this table to clarify what targeting is in place. A user must meet at least one of the "allow" rules to view an offer, and cannot meet any of the "deny" rules. Traffic that is denied is redirected based on criteria set up by the ad network. Contact them for more information on redirected traffic.
