The main invoice page can be accessed by navigating to Partners and then selecting Invoices. The next page will show you a list of all your invoices and additional invoice information.
By default, you’ll be able to see the following fields on the invoice table:
Name: The name of the invoice that TUNE Pay will automatically generate.
Partner: The partner for whom the invoice is generated.
Status: The status of the invoice. Please refer to the Invoice Details page for more information on the invoice status.
Total Amount: The total dollar amount that the invoice includes.
Period: The time period of activity that the invoice encompasses. For example, if it says January 2022, it means that it’s pulling in conversions from January 2022.
Tax Info Status: The status of the required tax information the partner must provide. Not Submitted indicates the partner hasn’t submitted their information yet. Pending indicates the partner has submitted their tax information and is awaiting review from the TUNE finance team. Approved indicates the TUNE finance team has approved the partner’s tax info. Finally, Rejected indicates there was an issue with the partner's tax info which needs to be corrected.
Adv. Statement: The consolidated invoice that TUNE sends to the advertiser. The Advertiser Statement includes the total funds needed to cover all the partner payments for the billing cycle.
Adv. Statement Status: The status of the Advertiser Statement payment. Unfunded indicates that TUNE has not received payment. Funded indicates that TUNE has received payment for the statement, and all partner payments included in the Advertiser Statement are ready to be paid out.
Actions: Different actions available to be taken on a specific invoice, such as approving or rolling back an invoice.
To customize the columns on the table click on the Customize View icon. From here, filters can be applied, as well as hiding and showing the filter values.
To manually generate invoices click New Partner Invoice
Click Export to export all invoices as PDF files, or export the invoices list.
To approve or delete invoices in bulk, click on Bulk Actions.
