Partner and Advertiser Signup Questions in TUNE
Customize your signup process with additional qualification questions to better evaluate prospective partners and advertisers.

Overview
For the partner and advertiser signup process, filling out the company and user information is often not enough to deem the account as a solid partner for your company. Before the user completes the signup process, it is usually best practice to have the account provide more information about their marketing experience, the channels they market to, and the amount of traffic they expect to send.
Advertisers can disclose their experience with performance marketing and any info on how they plan to pay out for their offers, etc.
Partner Sign-Up Questions
When prospective partners visit your signup page, you can add custom questions that they will complete at the bottom after providing their account and user information. Often, these questions will be pertinent to their experience with performance marketing and the type of traffic they work with.
Adding Questions
Here, you will see a table where your existing questions will go at the bottom, with a new signup question creator panel at the top.
To Add a New Question:
- Enter the question text in the 'question' field
- Example: "What is your main advertising source?"
- Below, select if you want to make this question required to be answered
- If the partner submits the form without selecting or providing an answer, an error will appear, requiring the user to complete the form
- Select the appropriate question type (see Question Types below)
- Click Add to add the new question to the list of current questions
Question Types
There are four question types that you can select from:

| Select Box | Multi-select dropdown | Questions where applicants need to select from a list of limited options (e.g., number ranges) |
| Checkbox | Multiple selection options | Questions where multiple selections are allowed |
Managing Questions
You can manage the list of current questions using the following actions:

| Edit | Change any settings or edit the question or options |
| Pause | Remove a question from the signup form without deleting it outright. This temporarily disables the question. |
| Resume | Reactivate a paused question to make it visible on the signup form again |
| Delete | Permanently remove a question from the system (located on the far right) |
Offer Sign-Up Questions
In addition to company signup questions, you can also add supplementary signup questions for partners when they apply for specific offers. This is an optional feature that you can enable for specific offers. This setting goes in tandem with partners applying for an offer and being manually approved by an admin.
Enabling Offer Questions
Step 1: Enable the Feature at the Application Level
- Go to the Company tab and select Customize Application
- Click Offers in the Settings panel
- Ensure the Require Approval setting is enabled
- Click Save
Step 2: Enable at the Offer Level
- Go to the offer profile for which you want to enable additional offer signup questions
- Click Edit in the Settings panel on the right
- Set the Require Approval setting to Enabled
- Click Save
Viewing Responses
You can view the application and its responses by navigating to the Offers tab and selecting Offer Applications.
Then, click View Responses.
Offer Approval Questions for All 'Require Approval' Offers
If you plan to add a similar question for all required approval offers, you can save time by creating 'global' offer approval questions. When you have an offer set to require approval, the global offer approval questions will appear when the partners apply for the offer.
Benefits of Global Questions:
- Save time by not having to add the same questions to multiple offers
- Maintain consistency across all offers requiring approval
- Easily update questions across your entire platform from one location
To Add Global Offer Approval Questions:
- Go to the Company tab and select Customize Application
- In the Content section, click on Offer Approval Questions
- On the next page, you can view existing global questions in the bottom table
- Add new questions at the top using the question creator panel

Recommended Questions to Ask:
- Marketing Experience: "How long have you been in performance marketing?"
- Traffic Channels: "What channels do you primarily use for marketing?"
- Expected Volume: "How much traffic do you expect to send per month?"
- Target Audience: "What is your primary target demographic?"
- Compliance: "Are you familiar with our compliance policies?"
