6/26/25 9:17 PM UTC- New incoming traffic should be processed as usual. We're still working to recover all sessions that were not properly created during the high-load period. For US-East, sessions were restored around 5:40 PM UTC. For USW and EUW, we are still working to recover sessions.
6/26/25 8:49 PM UTC- Update: We were able to deploy additional servers to the EU-WEST region and the sessions we were not able to create up until now are starting to recover.
6/26/25 4:30 PM UTC - We have increased capacity on the session databases, so we are no longer dropping sessions in response to incoming traffic. We're also actively recovering the already dropped sessions. We will increase overall capacity to mitigate the expected ongoing volume of traffic.
6/26/25 3:30 PM UTC - A spike in invalid requests is triggering the tracking engine circuit breaker. The circuit breaker protects our systems from being overwhelmed, but it also causes valid requests to be dropped when they arrive simultaneously with invalid requests. We are trying to identify the source of the invalid requests. We're also implementing a plan to increase capacity, allowing more valid requests to be processed.
