Getting the App
The app is available for iOS and Android devices. For iOS, visit the App Store or search for “HasOffers.” For Android devices, visit the Google Play store or search for “HasOffers”.
Logging in for the First Time
When the app loads, you’re prompted to log into a company. Provide the URL you use to log into that company on a browser and the username and password for your account.
Note on Login URL: If the company uses a custom domain, enter that domain here. If they use networkID.hasoffers.com, you must include the entire URL, not solely the company ID.
Using the App
The Dashboard
Once logged in, the first screen you will see is the Dashboard, which will show your collected stats. You can select from seeing data on your payout, conversions, and clicks from the top of the screen.
The blue line shows stats for each hour on the current day (as defined by the platform’s time zone). For quick comparison, the shaded gray area shows stats for that hour on the day before. If selecting a time range longer than a day, the graphs break down by day rather than an hour.
Breakdown
For each stat, you can scroll down to see an hourly breakdown for the current day and the day before. If you’ve selected a wider time range (such as the last seven days), the breakdown is by day rather than hour.
Since the app shows stats for the current day, the entry for the current hour will show the data collected for that hour, and hours in the future are left blank.
Selecting a Time Range
Tap on the date to choose a different time range. By default, you see the breakdown for today compared to yesterday.
Viewing Stats for Individual Companies
Tap the Companies icon at the bottom of the screen to see all your connected platforms. (See below for instructions on connecting to multiple platforms.)
Tap on the company you want to see to get stats for.
Viewing Stats for Offers
Tap on the All Offers section at the top of a company's breakdown to view offers for which you have stats.
Tap on an individual offer to view stats for that offer.
Working with Multiple Accounts
You can manage the accounts to which you’ve connected the app from the Settings screen. Tap on the settings icon in the lower-right corner.
Adding an Account
Tap Add Company, then follow the prompts to enter your account information. Tap Sign In to add the account or the X icon to return to the settings screen.
Removing an Account
To remove an account from your device, tap Edit at the top of the screen. All of your accounts will appear with a red Remove button.
Tap the button next to the account you want to remove, then confirm on the following screen. When you’re done removing accounts, tap on Done at the top.
Administrators: Turning Access On
For your publishers to connect the Publisher Dashboard mobile app with your company, you must have that feature enabled in your settings. Here’s how to enable (or disable) access to the mobile app:
Note: This feature is already enabled for platforms using the Publisher Interface option.
- In the platform, go to Company > Customize Application > Settings > Partner. Scroll down to the TUNE Publisher Dashboard Module App and select “Enabled” (or “Disabled” if you wish). Then click Update at the bottom of the page.
Can’t See the Mobile App Option?
To access the TUNE Publisher Dashboard Mobile App option, set your New Partner Interface option to “Enabled.”
